CT Nurse Wellness (Holistic Health Coaching with Nickia RN LLC) is an SBA-certified WOSB and EDWOSB workforce strategy firm serving health systems and academic medical centers. Led by Nickia Jackson, MSN, RN, a former ICU clinician and patient safety leader with 25+ years including root cause analysis after adverse events, the firm treats workforce instability as an operational risk with direct consequences for patient safety, reimbursement, and institutional reputation. Burnout is the outcome of upstream conditions most organizations are not monitoring. CT Nurse Wellness addresses those conditions through BEEMS, a proprietary Workforce Vital Signs Framework grounded in Maslach and Edmondson research and ready for organizational piloting in acute care settings. Services include workforce stability strategy, leadership development, culture diagnostics, and implementation support. Pursuing SBIR funding through HHS and NSF to advance BEEMS research and pilot implementation.
