Excellent Health is a Fully-Recognized CDC-Approved Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) Provider. We are nationwide, offering in-person, online, and distance-learning service. Our Lifestyle coaches are well trained and Certified to provide the CDC program. Many of them have degrees and experience in healthcare fields. Our Program is supervised by a Medical Doctor with expertise in chronic disease prevention. We screen individuals to establish their risk levels for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, and obesity. We provide an evidence-based Lifestyle Change Program to those at high risk to mitigate their risk and delay or prevent type 2 diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, and obesity. We help individuals at risk to lose a minimum of 5%of their initial weight, achieve 150 minutes of physical activity per week, and decrease their risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease by 58-71%.
