Beacon Industries Inc., a woman-owned small business, has been a trusted leader in aerospace manufacturing since 1948. ISO 9001:2015 and NADCAP certified, our 350,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in Connecticut produces critical turbine engine components for major OEMs and U.S. government agencies. Specializing in hypersonic and turbo-fan engine parts, as well as aero and industrial turbine applications, we have extensive expertise in manufacturing major rotating engine components, including fan, compressor, and turbine sections, both as individual parts and complex assemblies. Our capabilities include complex 5-axis machining, with a range of size options from 4” to 90” in diameter and weights up to 10,000 lbs. We also leverage cutting-edge technology, including 3D direct metal laser printing in materials like Titanium, Inconel 718, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Copper. With a focus on precision, quality, and innovation, we ensure over 97% of production is performed in-house.
