Anastasiya Bolton (Kuzminskaya is a legal name), is a seven-time Emmy award-winning broadcast journalist, media coach and a strategist, as well as a crisis communications professional. She’s spent 22 years covering complex emotional stories, including mass casualty events, school shootings, line of duty deaths, natural and man-made disasters, local, state and federal law enforcement. Since founding ViKSTORY Media, Anastasiya’s leaned into her vast lived experience, sharing her strategic thinking with her clients. She’s helped law enforcement, public information professionals, state agencies, nonprofits, corporate leadership, and victim advocates develop effective communication strategies and best practices for working with the media, prepare and respond to a critical incident, frame and visualize positive stories.
