Velvet Sea Environmental LLC is a minority-owned, self-certified Small Disadvantaged Business providing offshore environmental, hydrographic, geospatial, technical, and data/IT consulting. VSE supports federal agencies, energy developers, and prime contractors with offshore client representation, marine survey planning and QA/QC, geophysical and GIS analysis, environmental compliance, subsea cable and marine infrastructure support, scientific data review, program management, and technical assurance. The firm also provides cloud/data infrastructure, computer systems, application development, and IT service-delivery support through a lean, senior-led model. VSE serves projects nationwide and can support DoD, disaster-response, renewable energy, ocean science, and infrastructure missions.
