I provide consulting and contract services that support businesses, non-profits, and governmental agencies develop and maintain strategic partnerships through partner identification and agreements, partner implementation, and review. While my focus is on strategic partnerships, I have over 30 years’ lived experience in leadership and consulting roles. I can support your agency through project or program management, meeting facilitation including public and community meetings, focus groups, community conversations, monitoring and reporting, research and writing, business development, and operational efficiencies.
