SCG delivers the full spectrum of services to successfully plan, organize, & execute the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) effort. We complement the functional aspects of program planning & execution. We provide strategic advice / assistance to both executive & functional personnel in the integration of FMS and Direct Commercial Sale Programs, security assistance regulatory / policy standards, program development, budgetary analysis, & overall program execution. We provide lifecycle management experience / skills needed to meet & overcome TPA challenges. We can assist on both sides of the FMS equation, SCG is dedicated to supporting US national security objectives through strengthening development of partner capacities & capabilities, & in influencing understanding, positive communications, & alignment of US and FMS partner goals. We are expertly qualified to perform in a US Government-support role, in support of the Original Equipment Manufacturers, or as the FMS customer's advocate.
