Provide facility operations, energy management, and sustainability consulting. Assist clients solve facility management challenges by: a) closely collaborating with the client to understand the client's needs and short/long-term facility requirements b) collecting/analyzing data (e.g., field data, utility data, O&M data, capital improvement plans, etc.) to gain an understanding of current operations c) leveraging the information garnered to design and implement an effective facility/campus management strategy, operation and maintenance plan, and/or capital improvement plan. The plan will ensure that the client can sustain its mission while also achieving its facility management goals. Services include: sustainability consulting; sustainability planning; utility budget analysis; energy management; energy strategy development; and facility condition assessments.
