RJH was rounded, and is specifically organized, to deliver dam and reservoir projects. We are unique in that dam engineering comprises over 90% of our total work and is not just another service line within a larger corporate structure. Currently, RJH's engineering staff is comprised of professionals whose technical backgrounds and project experience include project management; construction management; geological, geotechnical, hydrologic, hydraulic, civil and structural engineering. RJH was founded with and maintains a mission to provide our clients with a dam engineering group that has the technical and project delivery expertise typically associated with a large firm, but with the philosophy of client service more commonly associated with a small group of committed and focused individuals.
