Principled Service Internal Medicine is a company that provides primary care services and telemedicine via independent physicians. We provide ambulatory and urgent care for pediatrics, ambulatory and inpatient services for adults. We perform home visits, disease management, and medication management / monitoring. Additionally, we provide medical consultation services, expert witness and file review. We are also certified independent medical examiners and can offer disability evaluations (DOT certified medical examiners, hyperbaric certified, aviation medical examiner). We are also versed in multiple electronic health records.
