KromaTiD, Inc. is a genomic analysis company creating unique products for single-cell detection and quantitation of genomic structural variation associated with gene editing, undiagnosed genetic diseases and other applications.The Company’s directional Genomic Hybridization platform (dGH™) is a patented, robust technology. We provide research services, custom structural genomic assays and catalog products. dGH is the state-of-the-art method for directly measuring complex structural variations. Alternative technologies such as NGS and arrays that use pooled DNA and bioinformatic calculation of structure are not capable of de novo discovery and detection of structural variation. In particular, these methods miss complex and heterogeneous structural variations that arise with CRISPR or other editing systems. dGH provides researchers with clear, comprehensive understanding of genomic structure to optimize editing systems, screen patients and qualify batches of edited cells.
