KinetIQ Performance Co LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) delivering human performance intelligence: the analytics and engineering layer that turns human performance data into readiness decisions. KinetIQ collects, integrates, and analyzes assessment, training-load, and recovery data to surface readiness risk, support injury risk identification, and deliver clear, defensible insight to commanders, program directors, and performance staff. Core capabilities include performance data collection and management; quantitative analysis of individual and unit readiness; force plate and assessment interpretation (Hawkin Dynamics); performance dashboards and reporting; and data engineering and ontology design on analytics platforms including Palantir Foundry. Work aligns to Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F), Total Force Fitness, and the DoD's Warfighter Performance Optimization (WPO). KinetIQ is available for prime and subcontracting/teaming opportunities.
