The principals of Hartland Excavation Inc. and Reliant General Contractors Inc. have had a seventeen-year working relationship prior to forming this Joint Venture.This Joint Venture was formed to leverage our strong working relationship and combined experience to customers in the Federal market. Hartland is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business through the Department of Veterans Affairs. With an SDVOSB as the majority shareholder of this Joint Venture, Federal customers will receive credit in this category for any work subcontracted though the Joint Venture. Since 1987 Wendel Torres and Brad Hix, President and VP of Reliant Construction, have worked together to provide General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design-Build services with outstanding quality construction to clients nationwide. With over thirty years of building experience, this partnership is recognized as a leading provider of construction services throughout the Front Range.
