Fleet to Force designs, implements, and manages training & employment programs that exclusively target members of the military community, while facilitating employers’ access to public sector funds and incentives. We accomplish this through: Commitment to the Community: We are a SDVOSB and committed to creating a professional ecosystem that prioritizes members of the military community. Public Sector Funding Expertise: We guide employers through the labyrinth of public sector funding opportunities, including Federal grants, the GI Bill, and Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment (VR&E) programs thereby creating a win-win situation for both employers and employees. Skill Development: Our programs are designed to SoL, VA, and DoD specifications, focusing on reskilling and upskilling to employers’ specific needs. Workforce Solutions: We offer end-to-end workforce solutions, from training to job placement, creating a streamlined and efficient process for both veterans and employers.
