BSC helps agencies solve challenges in strategic planning, operational efficiency, compliance, and grant management, without administrative complexity. BSC's founder and Principal Consultant has nearly 20 years of federal service, including 15 years in OIGs as a Deputy Director, strategic planning coordinator, auditor, analyst, and evaluator across federal, state, local, and tribal entities, coupled with experience with federal grant policy development and supporting $100M+ grant programs. Leveraging deep operational, grant, and audit expertise, BSC provides agency support to assess and optimize operations, streamline processes, manage change, plan for continuity, and enhance internal controls. BSC also provides grant management, compliance guidance, and audit preparation to granting agencies and recipients of grants and cooperative agreements.
