Capabilities

Our mission at Biotect is to facilitate the translation of cancer and CNS disease interventions with improved predictability of clinical outcomes. We do this by offering in vitro and some in vivo assays to characterize and better understand drug products. In-lab services include both traditional 2D and spheroid 3D cell culture using customized cancer cell lines, neurons, or glial cells. Core assays include: drug efficacy, ICC, tumor penetration, and live/dead cell counts by flow cytometry. Neuroinflammation and neural co-culture models are under development. To accomplish this work, we partner together with drug sponsors to protect patients from life-threatening diseases.
