Aphelion Systems, LLC develops AI-assisted communication triage solutions for public safety and government operations. Our Public Safety Triage (PST) system analyzes incoming emergency, non-emergency, and informational communications to generate structured summaries, classifications, and contextual notes that reduce manual data entry and cognitive load for dispatch staff. PST is designed to operate alongside existing CAD and records systems by pre-populating draft Call for Service (CFS) data for dispatcher review, verification, or edit. For 911 calls, PST operates in parallel, preparing structured context in real time while dispatchers remain fully engaged with callers. All outputs are subject to real-time human verification and override, ensuring full operational control remains with authorized personnel. The system is configurable, audit-friendly, and focused on reducing interruption while preserving human authority.
