AES Group is a full-service engineering and architecture firm. In-house we provide the following employees/disciplines/expertise:  Licensed architects, experienced with sustainable design including LEED and Green Globes, historic architecture, coordination with SHPO, healthcare design, registered interior designers.  Licensed civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, and supporting degreed staff for these disciplines. They are all experienced with Federal design, VA healthcare and cemetery projects.  Project managers, either with a professional license or PMP certification  QA/QC personnel  Contracts Admin  Admin support staff  Involved management team and owners AES currently has 23 employees in our office, supported by 5 construction managers in the field, and 3 contract employees. AES-AtkinsRéalis have formed a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture. All our licensed professionals have NCEES Record Sets or are NCARB Architects able to obtain local licenses
