We are a USDA and FDA approved facility, with a variety of licenses in processing meat & poultry such as Raw Intact, Non-intact, Fully Cooked & Heat Treated and shelf-stable food. Our goal is to provide Meat and Poultry Processing, Food Service Contracting and Catering, Packaged Meals, Emergency Disaster Meals, Custom-made Meat Processing Requests, Beef, Pork, Chicken, and Fish, and Food Safety.
