Wallis Design Studio takes a comprehensive approach to the support we offer our clients. We have organized our team to provide both Architectural and Interior Design services internally as applicable to each individual project. These services typically include predesign, schematic design, presentations, design development, construction documents, agency approvals, bid assistance, and construction administration. In addition, a Project Manager is assigned to each project who will work closely with all team members as well as our client to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and professional manner. Services typically provided by our sub-consultant team include: civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, fire sprinkler engineering, cost estimating, and geotechnical engineering.
