Founded and led by a U.S. military veteran with over 20 years of experience in RF systems, embedded design, and aerospace/defense integration, VAST Solutions delivers agile, U.S.-based fabrication of brackets, housings, sensor mounts, fixtures, and non-critical components for mission support. Our capabilities span CAD modeling, additive manufacturing, engineering consulting, and scalable production using high-performance thermoplastics. We support rapid iteration and volume flexibility through internal resources and subcontracted print farms. Materials used include PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, PLA CF, and PETG CF, allowing for functional prototyping and end-use parts with enhanced strength, chemical resistance, and thermal properties.
