TJCAA is a small business enterprise providing engineering services to local California clients, as well as to clients throughout the United States. Founded as a structural engineering firm in 1998, TJCAA expanded in 2006 to offer multidiscipline design solutions in Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Controls (I&C), and Control Systems Programming (CSP).
