Escobar Construction is a Small and Disadvantaged Business Certified and Licensed in the State of California as a General Contractor, and Real Estate Broker. Our company focuses on working as a Prime Contractor for Government Entities. Our niche is to pursue Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC’s) with the Federal Government, as well as working on smaller projects with government entities when we act as Prime Contractors. We have worked for Los Angeles Unified School District, Various Commercial Banks and are currently doing work in nine states for the US National Cemetery Administration and also doing work for the Fish and Wildlife Department and Veteran Administration Hospitals in nine different States.
