Federal Workforce Retirement Training Services—FERS/CSRS/Special Provisions The Monroe Team, Inc., a certified woman-owned, small business, delivers an exclusive FERS/CSRS financial literacy and retirement readiness education program called The FERS Blueprint™ Workforce Retirement Training. This specialized program addresses the unique retirement educational needs of Federal employees during new, mid-, and pre-separation career stages. Our curriculum follows OPM’s Retirement Readiness NOW Model incorporating a broad range of information employees need to help them make informed retirement planning decisions with a balanced approach. We offer classroom-based programs, instructor-led MS Teams virtual training, hybrid on-site training with MS Teams broadcast, and pre-recorded lessons.
