House of Jochebed is a California-based nonprofit organization committed to providing comprehensive, trauma-informed residential services and supportive programs for girls ages 12 through 18 who have experienced human trafficking, abuse, neglect, exploitation, and substance use. The organization is developing a structured 10-bed residential recovery program in Bakersfield, California, that will provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where youth receive individualized care, education, counseling, life-skills training, case management, and coordinated support services designed to promote long-term recovery and successful transition into adulthood. Agency possesses the organizational capability to manage grants, cooperative agreements, and service contracts through established administrative systems, qualified leadership, documented operational procedures, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
