TCI provides its services as both a Prime & Sub Contractor to other General Contractors on projects with owners including LACCD, LAWA, & City of Riverside. Project specialties include General & Electrical Services. TCI's Field Core team operates with Electricians, Carpenters, Laborers, Superintendents, & Project Managers(usually in crews of 2-6). TCI's Office supports the field in project management & execution. We do Restoration of buildings including installation of new HVAC, Fire alarm, stage & Theater light system with complete audio video booth system. New Floors, walls, ceiling to include acoustical ceiling, drywall, stage & dance flooring, VCT flooring & audience seating. Restrooms we bring up to ADA Code & remodeled with new plumbing fixtures, ceramic tiles, restroom accessories & partitions. Install Elevators, ADA Upgrades, HVAC and interim housing. TCI has served over 180 schools as well as other facilities & institutions in the LA Area.
