TalentBase is an SBA-certified SDVOSB/VOSB and California DVBE providing workforce strategy, HR consulting, program management, recruiting, training, curriculum development, apprenticeship, SkillBridge, WIOA, employer engagement, and program evaluation nationwide. Experience includes workforce planning for a $1B+ energy project with an estimated 1,500-person union and nonunion workforce; training and apprenticeship development supporting a 13,000-employee industrial park; and California Jobs First/WIOA Title I implementation. TalentBase is led by a retired Army First Sergeant and Purple Heart recipient with an MBA in Organizational Development, CWDP credentials, Lean Six Sigma, and project management expertise.
