Jana Rutt is the 51% shareholder and CEO/President and has 30+ years of business experience. Jeffrey “Jeff” Rutt, 49% shareholder and CFO/Treasurer of Fence is a C13 Contractor has over 30 years of experience in the fencing industry as an installer, foreman, superintendent and his most senior role was as a Vice President for a large fencing company. Rutt Fence has installed all types of fences including residential and commercial (wood, vinyl, chain link, wrought iron, etc.) Our primary focus is in all types of Public Works jobs: schools, military bases, parks, airports, industrial, border fence, etc.
