Quantum Semiconductor is developing advanced image sensors for visible and infra-red wavelengths, avalanche photo-diode arrays, silicon-based photonics, and LIDAR systems. We have expertise in the design and manufacture of advanced CMOS photodiodes; design of analog and digital circuitry; device, circuit and system modeling and simulation; SiGe optoelectronics device and process integration.
