Pundir-Spectrum JV is an SBA approved 8(a) joint venture between Pundir Group, Inc. and Spectrum Services Group, Inc. We have successfully executed multiple construction, O&M and environmental contracts with the USACE, US NAVY, USAF, U.S. Navy, and the GSA. We are proud to have an outstanding safety record and have received 'Very Good' to 'Excellent' reviews on PPQs and CPARS.
