Panaloma Productions is a full service film production company owned and managed by Ms. Rashaan Dozier-Escalante, who has extensive experience in security training, film direction and production. A member of the Director’s Guild of America, Ms. Dozier-Escalante is a former Physical Security Specialist with the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration, and a former employee of First Look Production Studios where she worked as a Home Entertainment DVD Coordinator and Copywriter. Ms. Dozier-Escalante, a former U.S. Presidential Management Fellow, and U.S. Army Military Intelligence French Linguist. Currently, Panaloma Productions develops, produces and films Public Service Announcements and training films for Federal Agencies and non-profits on various subjects.
