Pacific Legacy has been a leader in providing cultural resources regulatory compliance services since 1994. We provide an in-depth understanding of the regulatory environment in which public projects are undertaken, specifically as they must comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in addition to other federal, state, and local mandates.
