Capabilities

We are skilled at the implementation of a Quality Management System and have successfully implemented ISO, AS9100 and AS9120, 17025, 13485 in over 39 business locations. We currently work with companies as small as 2 and as large as 500 employees. We can author a system using MS office, Google suite, and various ERP systems through internal coding and programming resources. We have conducted over 200 internal audits for our customers and have assisted as a management rep through numerous third party audits. Completed the AS9100 Lead Auditor training and am building the record to support Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA) status to conduct 3rd party audits. Consulting services include everything related to a QMS, from sales to final shipment, and management support. Our challenge is implementing a system that supports growth, profitability, process stability, without overburdening the company's operations.
