We have an existing management and support structure that is capable to handle all aspects of a contract for building maintenance, janitorial, landscape and/or security services. We posses the necessary procedures, manuals, quality control systems, employee training plans, staffing methodologies, payroll and personnel support systems to perform any contract. We have the necessary experience and capabilities in the specialty areas of building maintenance, janitorial, landscape and/or security services. We have the experience and capabilities necessary to handle OSHA and other agency surveys. We have the financial capability, financial resources, cash on hand and available lines of credit to satisfy a financial responsibility determination for a contract. We have existing manufacturers, vendors, distributors and suppliers in place and ready to furnish us with all required vehicles, equipment, supplies and consumable products for a contract.
