MeToU (Me To You) provides a system for any agency to send/pay funds to any mobile phone or load any debit card. The format notice in the mobile phone allows immediate purchasing at merchant POS; or conversion to cash. It originated 17 years ago for non-profits to support those in need. A web system is provided to each gov. agency to control those receiving funds. Regular reports.
