LTMT Machining LLC is a precision CNC machining company based in Santa Clara, California. We specialize in the manufacturing of tight-tolerance components for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. Our facility is equipped with multiple 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines, capable of handling aluminum, stainless steel, and engineering plastics with precision up to ±0.0005”. Our team has extensive experience in machining aluminum alloys (6061, 7075, 2024), stainless steels (17-4PH, 304, 316), and specialized materials such as Delrin and Nylon. We also provide value-added services including surface finishing, anodizing, passivation, and assembly per customer requirements.
