Founded in 1994, LPC is a woman-owned program evaluation research firm that provides customized, responsive analytical services and technical support to public agencies, non-profit organizations, and private foundations. Our evaluation work covers a wide variety of programs, including community health and well-being, criminal justice, mental health, violence prevention, alcohol and other drug use prevention, food security, and reading/literacy, as well as providing technical assistance and training. LPC believes that it is important to include clients during every stage of the process and is committed to conducting high quality research while remaining flexible to meet the needs of complex and developing programs.
