Local Equity LLC is an economic development organization based in Ontario’s Opportunity Zone, San Bernardino County. The mission of the company is to advance distressed communities by finding financial solutions to priority projects that are supported by local stakeholders. Local Equity is also a registered California Finance Lender, registered with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. We help create financing solutions and provide tools & technical support to advance deals & priority projects in areas of community development, healthcare equity, food access, affordable housing, and infrastructure. By partnering with local government, CDEs, CDFIs, and local non-profits, Local Equity catalyzes local impact, influences sustainable development, and strives to create a supporting ecosystem for low-income communities.
