Robert Valentino is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and led Amazon’s highest producing Make-On-Demand facility, responsible for over $100MM in annual revenue with $24MM in profit. Mr. Valentino trained over 600 supervisors and managers in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, which resulted in over $27MM in annual cost savings in less than two years. This training was part of a project where Mr. Valentino designed and implemented a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt certification processes across 18 Amazon facilities.
