Established in 2011, KBZ FX is a San Diego, CA based special effects makeup and fabrication company. KBZ provides its customers with realistic injury simulation through onsite makeup and prosthetic application (moulage) and medical training aides for training scenarios. KBZ works with private, local, state, and federal agencies across the country to provide exceptional value to real life first responder and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training. KBZ is owned and operated by Brea L. Joseph. She has over 15 years of experience providing moulage services to Hollywood television, movie production, and military training projects. KBZ utilizes cutting-edge makeup techniques and in-house fabricated medical training aides coupled with strict attention to detail and an open line of communication with our clients to provide an unparalleled industry standard in blurring the line between simulation and real life scenario.
