Canterbury Enterprises was established in 1954 and is a family owned business, based out of Corona, CA. The founder of the company, Joe Leighton, invented the first log lighter and gas valve for wood burning fireplaces to ignite firewood with gas. We strive to keep the American tradition of gathering around a hearth or bon fire while improving the air quality.
