Capabilities

IPA Metall Werks is a Southern California precision machine shop specializing in CNC milling of prototypes, fixtures, tooling, and short-run components in aluminum, steels, and stainless steels. Specialty aerospace alloys including titanium and nickel-based materials (Inconel) are quoted based on geometry, tooling, and inspection requirements. Dimensional inspection is currently performed manually, with expanding coordinate measuring machine capabilities for GD&T verification and first-article reporting. Material verification is available via XRF analysis. We support hard-tech and defense customers who need measurement-backed precision work.
