Although H&M Additional Builders incorporated in 2020, senior management has 13 years of experience working on federal and public agency projects. Mr. Ruelas has held positions as Superintendent and Competent Person in a hospital setting. H&M Additional Builders responds to emergency project such as COVID-19 compliance construction and risk management. We have successfully completed projects at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, Naval Base San Diego, National Park Service. Our scope of work is not limited to Infection Control, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall Installation, Taping and Painting. Our team is proficient and productive. We always finish on schedule and within budget.
