Capabilities

Provides full range systems and software engineering services, system/subsystem architecture (DoD architecture framework artifacts) and design, systems integration, test and evaluation studies, automated testing and program management. Expertise supporting the Research Development Test and Evaluation (T&E) Community and Test Resources Management Center’s C4I and Software Intensive Systems Test technology area to advance T&E through new technologies. GBL supports Navy and other agencies in warfighter system T&E through infrastructure operations, test planning, execution, and reporting to include interoperability/net-centric (NR-KPPs), information assurance, and cyber security assessments; across a distributed live, virtual, constructive environment. GBL test tools development IAW DoD acquisition cycle. GBL has developed advanced electronic warfare capabilities for unmanned EW payloads, cognitive electronic attack, and reactive electronic attack measures.
