Fraser Communications’ award-winning outreach efforts for statewide and local programs––have proven to build awareness, educate, and motivate behavior change. Much of our work focuses on diminishing social inequalities, particularly in our underserved communities throughout California. We specialize in successful statewide multicultural early childhood education and health campaigns that increase awareness among a range of audiences to include parents and caregivers, the business community and state and local leaders, to increase awareness and ultimately drive audiences to learn more and empower change.
