Four Dragons LLC is a California small business delivering ServiceNow implementation, support and staff augmentation. Our CEO spent ten years at ServiceNow and helped design and build its Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) product. We implement and stabilize SPM/PPM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and CSDM, Discovery and Service Mapping, ITAM, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), SecOps, CSM and Now Assist generative AI. Recent work includes a ServiceNow SPM implementation for Mission Support and Test Services (MSTS) at the Nevada National Security Site (DOE, 2026); SPM for the National Institutes of Health and Dell as a subcontractor to ServiceNow; Costco SPM remediation; and CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping for a defense prime. We place senior ServiceNow consultants fast, part-time or full-time, remote or on site.
