Federal Stewardship LLC provides financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, invoice and expenditure validation, project financial controls, reconciliations, and audit-ready process documentation. Services include budget-to-actual reporting packages with variance narrative, rolling forecasts and driver schedules, invoice testing against contract rates and retention terms, project budget/commitment/EAC tracking, and Excel and Power Query reporting automation. The principal is an MBA-credentialed senior financial analyst with more than six years of FP&A and financial analysis experience supporting multi-entity operations and capital programs. Work is performed as analytical and documentation support under the direction of the client or prime contractor.
