Capabilities

Empower Speech Therapy & Life Skills Center provides evidence-based speech therapy, early intervention, and communication support services for children and adults with developmental disabilities and acquired communication disorders. Services include pediatric speech therapy, AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), social communication development, and functional communication training. Empower supports adults with developmental disabilities through communication skills for community integration, employment readiness, and relationship building, and provides rehabilitation for individuals with post-stroke and neurological communication disorders. Services also include school-based speech services, caregiver coaching, and training for educators, caregivers, and day program staff. Empower delivers in-person, telehealth, and hybrid therapy models to expand access for rural and underserved communities.
