Welcome people Diablo Engineering Group is a Civil Engineering company that was founded as a California corporation in 2014 by Jennifer Harmon, PE and Garrett Gritz, PE. Jennifer and Garrett collectively have over 50 years of experience and have been collaboratively working side-by-side together for more than 20 years. This solid experience and foundational partnership results in each client receiving the quality, stability and commitment of a well-established firm, along with the agility, enthusiasm and creativity of a vibrant new firm. Services provided are primarily associated with planning and design of public transportation infrastructure improvements, with a special emphasis on delivering expert project management and program management services to public agencies throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
