We assess and recommend smart building solutions to our clients using lean approaches to identify, minimize and or remove operational, maintenance and energy wastes and positively impacting the triple bottom line (people, planet and profit). Smart building solutions includes building performance optimization through implementation of analytics software which analyze building operational data on a near real time basis. Each solution we recommend, is tailored to specific needs of our clients and the infrastructure systems (HVAC, lighting, Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers etc) of their built environment.
